This is soooo me. I don't go out without my cameras, even if I just go to the bakery. Suppose I see something interesting and I don't have my camera with me. Drààààma!
So I am one of those people who is always and everywhere (or very often) late as a result. A sincere mea culpa to friends and family along this road. Unfortunately, I can't promise it will get any better. ;)
But if you go out with me, you have to be patient, very patient. On top of that, I am one of those persons who sees the beauty in practically everything. It can be a beautiful landscape, but I prefer to make portraits of people. Or people in combination with beautiful architecture. Flowers and bees are not really my cup of tea. But hey, I have surprised myself in that area too. ;)
Stormy weather. We've all been through it, no? There were times when the sky above my head was pitch black and storm after storm came in. But what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, they say. To quote Leonard Cohen:
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in
My eyes may be getting vintage and there's already a serious callus on my soul. But I'm still greedy in life and that also helps me with my photography.
